Privacy Policy

This page will be customized in the near future, but in general, we hew to the privacy policy outlined by HFES

A few additional notes:

• The board has access to a mailing list of local folks with potential interest in our Chapter, and it may be shared with members for Chapter business purposes. Anyone using that list should not use open "To" or "cc" fields that would expose that list in any emails. ("bcc" is an option you may wish to use.)
• Once the member login works, we will share names and email addresses (and, perhaps pictures and affiliations) of members with logged-on members. We will have some sort of opt-out for that.
• Questions or suggestings about our privacy policy should be addressed to the board (use the contact link below).
