Message from Outgoing President, Jeff Kelley

With 24 votes counted, our board has been elected (see left). Thank you all for a very timely response to my call for nominations and for the call for votes.

It has been a real pleasure to serve the Atlanta Chapter as President for 2006. I'd especially like to thank the outgoing board: Don Robinson, Karen Feigh, Kelly Caine, David Damico, Barbara Peck, and Sherry Chappell. There's a lot of energy in this chapter and the kudos we received at the Chapter Presidents' Meeting at the HFES Annual Meeting (for outstanding revitalization efforts) was well received. The responsibility and credit for what our chapter is becoming is all with you, the members, and I thank you.
