Wellhost pages sometimes use "cookies" to store information about your preferences on your local computer.
Wellhost cookies are saved locally, the data doesn't go over the internet.
Examples include:
- Your email address might be saved in a local cookie in contact pages so you don't have to re-type it next time you go to that page.
- On some wellhost pages, you can adjust your "settings" (for instance, whether or not the left nav bar will "float" as you scroll down.
- Obviously, if you have cookies disabled in your browser, then none of this will happen (and you won't get the convenience).
